Indo-Heritage Airlines

Indo Heritage Airlines is a new consumer airline in its formative stages. It is being organized to take advantage of a specific gap in the short-haul domestic travel market. The idea is primarily stem from the strident demand from different Keralites Association who are live in various Indian towns and they face myriad problems in travel by any means, notably during the festive seasons, when train tickets are not available, Airlines double their charges etc., The gap exists in low cost service out of all major airports across India and abroad. The gap in the availability of low cost service in and out of the these hub coupled with the demand for passenger travel on selected routes from various airports, notably Bangalore to Trivandrum, Kochi, Calicut and in future to the new Kannur Airport, indicates that a new entrant airline could be expected to capture a significant portion of current air travel business at that hub.

Mission
Indo Heritage Airlines has a mission to provide safe, efficient, low-cost consumer air travel service from all airports within India. Our service will emphasize safety as its highest priority. We will operate the newest and best maintained aircraft available. We will never skimp on maintenance in any fashion whatsoever. We will strive to operate our flights on time. We will provide friendly and courteous "no frill" service.

Objectives
The Company has the following objectives:
1. To obtain required Licenses and certifications within one year.
2. To raise sufficient "seed" and "bridge" capital in a timely fashion to financially enable these objectives.
3. To commence operations with three leased ATR72-600 series aircraft in month one and increase one more by end of month six of flight operations.
4. To add more domestic routes as and when we are allowed to do so by the Civil Aviation Authorities.
5. To book and own Aircrafts to cover more long haul domestic routes like Delhi-Trivandrum/Kochi/Calicut/ Kannur after at least one year of continues service in the same sector.

Management
The management of ‘Indo-Heritage Airlines’ is highly experienced. We intend to hit the ground running with a highly qualified and experienced management team. Some of the individuals are currently with other airline companies. The management of ‘Indo-Heritage Airlines’ is well versed in all governmental approval procedures, having traversed them in the past to a full approval and operational status.
